Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to meet winemaker and winery owner Michele d’Aprix, the first and only American woman making her wine in Bordeaux France. Michele will share her story with us as we enjoy her wines and our chef’s pairings in this five-course dining event.
First Course
Maz Caz | Costieres de Nimes Blanc
50% Roussanne, 50% Grenache Blanc
Notes of white flowers, stone fruit and Mediterranean herbs.

Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc that offers dark cherry and plum flavors, framed by subtle earthy notes and hints of minerality.

Please join us for another great tasting, relax in a casual atmosphere, learn about some amazing wines from High Valley, California. Your guides through this experience will be Angie DiSabato from Brassfield Estate Winery and The Wine Bistro’s General Manager, Dejan Mitusev, WSET II.
Personal Charcuterie Boards and our famous Tuscan Popped Corn will be served with these featured wines.
This is a casual tasting – once reserved, guests are welcome to arrive anytime between Noon and 3:00 pm.

In-House Events
You are welcome to reserve a fixed-price Private Wine Dinner for 8 guests in our Tasting Room. The wines are expertly paired with a Small Plates Tasting Menu featuring items from our current menu. A new winery is featured every 30 days or so and changes mid-month. 48 hours notice is requested to reserve your Private Wine Dinner.
